Information used for conversion
The website validates submitted links and requested output settings. While conversion capacity is unavailable, the application does not create a conversion job or converted file. When a conversion worker is enabled, the website sends the supported media link, requested format, and quality setting to that worker. The worker uses the link only to retrieve the source needed for the job. Active job metadata may include a random job ID, media title, requested output, progress, error state, and file-expiration time.
Temporary files and retention
Converted files are stored temporarily so you can download them. The worker is configured to remove completed files and job metadata after the stated download-expiration window. Failed job directories are also removed by periodic cleanup. Do not use the service as permanent storage.
Connection and abuse-prevention data
Internet infrastructure necessarily processes IP addresses to deliver requests. The application may use an IP address temporarily in memory to apply rate limits. The worker is configured without application access logs, but hosting, network, security, and DNS providers may process connection metadata under their own operational policies.
Analytics, advertising, and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and technical usage, and Microsoft Clarity to create heatmaps and session recordings that help identify usability problems. These services may process visited page paths, clicks, scrolling, interaction and timing data, browser and device information, approximate location, network information, online identifiers, and analytics cookies. The YouTube link input is explicitly masked from Clarity recordings, and submitted media links and requested output settings are not intentionally included in analytics events. This launch does not include advertising code or an application login. Essential infrastructure may also use technical mechanisms required to provide and secure the service.
Service providers
The website and conversion worker may be hosted by separate infrastructure providers. A submitted link passes through the website server to the worker. Download files are served directly by the worker using a temporary random access token.
